Minimum stay is 7 nights, unless there is a smaller gap between already existing reservations

30% deposit (of the total cost) is required to confirm reservation (bank transfer or credit card)
40% of the full amount is payable within 4 weeks before the arrival date (bank transfer or credit card)
30% balance can be paid before or upon arrival
For reservations made in less than 30 days before arrival the total payment is required
The advanced payments are not refundable in case of cancelation.
